中药熏洗联合浮针治疗跟痛症的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗联合浮针治疗跟痛症的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月广州市东升医院收治的跟痛症患者80例。根据入院顺序将所有患者随机编号,单数纳入观察组,双数纳入对照组,各40例。两组均给予对症干预,对照组在对症干预基础上,进行电针灸干预,观察组在对症干预基础上,进行浮针干预。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎症因子、治疗后疼痛情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛情况优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组中、重度疼痛比例更高,而观察组无痛、轻度疼痛比例更高。结论:中药熏洗联合浮针治疗跟痛症的临床效果确切,能够有效缓解患者临床症状,这可能与患者炎症因子水平的下降有关。该治疗方案可以缓解患者疼痛,具有一定的临床医学和社会学意义,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with floating needle in the treatment of calcaneodynia.Method:A total of 80 patients with calcaneodynia admitted to Guangzhou Dongsheng Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected.All patients were randomly numbered according to the order of admission.The odd number was included in the observation group and the even number was included in the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic intervention.The control group received electroacupuncture intervention based on the symptomatic intervention,and the observation group received floating needle intervention based on the symptomatic intervention.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors before and after treatment and pain condition after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 60.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain condition in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of moderate and severe pain in the control group was higher,while the proportion of painless and mild pain in the observation group was higher.Conclusion:The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with floating needle in the treatment of calcaneodynia is accurate and can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,which may be related to the decrease of the level of inflammatory factors.The treatment scheme can alleviate patients’pain,has certain clinical medical and sociological significance,and is worth popularizing.
