摘　　要：目的:探讨思维导图引导护理干预对正电子发射断层成像-计算机断层成像(PET-CT)检查患者的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月东莞市人民医院60例接受PET-CT检查的患者。根据随机数字表法将其分成A组和B组,各30例。A组给予传统护理,B组基于A组给予思维导图引导护理干预。比较两组图像质量、满意度、康复质量及检查配合情况。结果:B组图像优良率高于A组(P<0.05)。B组指导正确、指导及时、指导态度评分及总分均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B组康复情况、心理情况、躯体症状评分均明显高于A组(P<0.05)。B组检查总配合率为96.67%,高于A组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论:针对行PET-CT检查患者,通过开展思维导图引导护理干预,能够改善图像质量,提高检查配合度、康复质量及患者对检查指导的满意度,应用价值高。Objective:To explore effect of mind mapping guided nursing intervention on patients with positron emission tomography-computer tomography(PET-CT)examination.Method:A total of 60 patients who received PET-CT examination in Dongguan People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A received traditional nursing,and group B received mind mapping guided nursing intervention based on the basis of group A.Image quality,satisfaction,rehabilitation quality and examination cooperation were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of image in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The scores of correct instruction,timely instruction,attitude of instruction and total scores in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The scores of rehabilitation condition,psychological condition and physical symptoms in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The total cooperation rate of examination in group B was 96.67%,which was higher than 66.67%in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing PET-CT examination,by carrying out mind mapping guided nursing intervention,it can improve image quality,examination cooperation,rehabilitation quality and patients’satisfaction for examination guidance,which has high application value.
