针对性健康教育在某院重症医学科约束带护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究广州市中西医结合医院重症医学科(ICU)使用约束带存在的问题,和使用针对性健康教育手段改善患者依从性的应用价值。方法:选取本院2021年3-6月收治的ICU患者63例,观察并总结在使用约束带护理过程中存在的问题,通过针对性健康教育手段进行改善。比较采用针对性健康教育前后存在问题的改善情况及患者依从性、护理满意度情况。结果:本院ICU在使用约束带护理过程中存在沟通不到位、安全意识不足、知识与能力不足、基础护理不到位、责任心不到位问题,针对性健康教育后,临床存在问题发生情况较实施前显著降低(68.25%vs 11.11%);患者总依从率高于实施前(74.60%vs 90.48%);实施后,护理总满意度(98.41%)高于实施前(82.54%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本院ICU使用约束带护理过程中存在不足,通过针对性健康教育护理可改善护理满意度及依从性,值得推广。Objective:To explore the problems of using restraint belts in the intensive care unit(ICU)of Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the application value of using targeted health education methods to improve patients’compliance.Method:A total of 63 ICU patients admitted to our hospital from March to June 2021 were selected,observed and summarized the problems in the nursing process of using restraint band,and improved them through targeted health education.The improvement of existing problems before and after the use of targeted health education,ICU patients’compliance,nursing satisfaction improvement were compared.Result:In the nursing process of using restraint belts in the ICU of our hospital,there were problems such as insufficient communication,insufficient safety awareness,insufficient knowledge and ability,insufficient basic nursing care,and insufficient sense of responsibility.After targeted health education,the incidence of clinical problems was significantly reduced(68.25%vs 11.11%);after implementation,the total patient compliance rate was higher than before implementation(74.60%vs 90.48%);after implementation,the total nursing satisfaction(98.41%)was higher than before(82.54%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are deficiencies in the use of restraint belts in the nursing process of ICU in our hospital.Targeted health education care can improve nursing satisfaction and compliance,which is worthy of promotion.
