摘　　要：目的:探究术前2 h备皮对骨科下肢手术患者伤口感染率及满意度的影响。方法:选取开平市中心医院2020年4月-2021年10月纳入的92例骨科下肢手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例,对照组在手术前1 d,做好皮肤准备,观察组手术前1 d,清洁手术肢体,并予碘伏消毒,在术前2 h内,再次清洁术肢。评估两组伤口感染率、患者满意度、伤口愈合时间、伤口细菌数量。结果:观察组伤口感染率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组伤口愈合时间早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组伤口细菌数量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前2 h备皮治疗骨科下肢手术患者能有效降低伤口感染率,提高患者满意度,降低伤口细菌数量,缩短伤口愈合时间,促进患者的痊愈。Objective:To investigate the effect of skin preparation 2 hours before operation on wound infection rate and satisfaction of patients undergoing orthopaedic lower limb surgery.Method:A total of 92 patients with orthopedic lower limb surgery in Kaiping Central Hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group prepared the skin one day before the operation.The observation group cleaned the operating limbs one day before operation,disinfected with iodophor,and cleaned the operating limbs again within 2 hours before the operation.The wound infection rate,patient satisfaction,wound healing time and the number of wound bacteria were evaluated of the two groups.Result:The wound infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of wound bacteria in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Skin preparation 2 hours before operation can effectively reduce the wound infection rate,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the number of wound bacteria,shorten the wound healing time and promote the recovery of patients.
