摘　　要：肩关节镜手术目前是治疗肩关节疾病的主要方法,然而冲洗液渗漏为肩关节镜手术常见的并发症之一。大量冲洗液渗漏往往导致肩颈部水肿和前胸壁肿胀,严重时可发生危及生命的上呼吸道梗阻和气道水肿。目前,这些并发症大多为病例报道,没有综述对肩关节镜术中冲洗液渗漏的危险因素、围手术期预防和治疗方案进行总结。本文就肩关节镜术中冲洗液渗漏的临床表现,探讨与冲洗液渗漏相关的危险因素,并总结冲洗液渗漏并发症预防和治疗方案,通过早预防、早发现和早治疗避免术中冲洗液渗漏的发生。Arthroscopic shoulder surgery is the main treatment method for shoulder diseases at present,but irrigation fluid extravasation is one of the well-recognized complications of shoulder arthroscopic surgery.Large volumes of fluid extravasation can lead to a severe shoulder and neck edema,anterior chest wall swelling,and even to a life-threatening airway edema and upper airway obstruction.At present,most of these complications are case reports,and there is no review to summarize the risk factors,perioperative prevention and treatment of irrigation fluid extravasation during arthroscopy.In this paper,the clinical manifestations of flushing fluid leakage during shoulder arthroscopy were discussed,the risk factors related to flushing fluid leakage were discussed,and the prevention and treatment of complications of flushing fluid leakage were summarized,so as to avoid the occurrence of flushing fluid leakage through early prevention,early detection and early treatment.
