摘 要:职业教育作为一种类型教育,生源结构多元化的现象将会越来越加剧。高职院校要充分了解各类生源的特点和诉求,主动改革,以就业创业为目标,以职业能力培养为主线,以阶梯式提升为路径,构建系统的实践教学体系,为不同来源的学生提供精准的教学产品和服务。山东商业职业技术学院计算机类专业群在对各类生源分析的基础上构建了“基础通用能力—专项技术能力—创新应用能力—职业发展能力”的四层级“职业能力层级匹配”实践教学体系,通过系统化的实践教学体系设置阶梯式、多分支的实训模块,为学生学习提供不同的“套餐”,满足不同生源学生的需要。Vocational education as a type of education,the diversity of student structure will be more and more intensified.Higher vocational colleges should fully understand the characteristics and demands of all kinds of students,take the initiative to reform,take employment and entrepreneurship as the goal,take vocational ability training as the main line,and take the step-by-step improvement as the path to build a systematic practical teaching system,so as to provide accurate teaching products and services for students from different sources.Based on the analysis of various student sources,the computer major of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology has constructed a four level practical teaching system of“basic general ability--special technical ability--innovation application ability--career development ability”.Through the systematic practice teaching system,the ladder type and multi-branch training modules are set up to provide students with different“packages”to meet the needs of students from different sources.
