摘  要:为了研究暴雨条件对弹丸气动性能的影响,本文采用计算流体力学方法对极端暴雨条件下的弹丸气动特性开展数值模拟,通过求解三维定常可压缩的Navier-Stokes方程和k-ε湍流模型来计算流场,利用双向动量耦合的Eulerian-Lagrangian方法对流场中离散的雨滴粒子进行轨迹追踪,并考虑由于气流湍流引起雨滴粒子的随机扩散效应以及雨滴粒子与弹丸表面的相互作用,分析了攻角和液态含水量对M910弹丸和某120 mm迫弹气动参数的影响。研究结果表明,暴雨环境对两种弹丸的升力系数均有较大的影响,当马赫数为0.7时,M910弹丸升力系数最大下降了14.5%,120 mm迫弹升力系数最大下降了21.9%,并且影响程度随着攻角的增大而逐渐降低;两种弹丸的阻力系数受暴雨影响较小;由于尾翼的原因,暴雨对迫弹(尾翼弹)的影响程度高于M910弹丸(旋转弹);弹丸表面形成的不均匀水膜层以及雨滴粒子碰撞导致弹丸边界的动量损失是影响弹丸气动性能的主要原因。In order to study the influence of rainstorm conditions on the aerodynamic performance of projectiles,the computational fluid dynamics method was applied to carry out numerical simulation under extreme rainstorm conditions.The flow field was numerically simulated by solving three-dimensional steady compressible Navier-Stokes equation and k-εturbulence model.The trajectory of discrete raindrop particles in the flow field was traced by two-way momentum coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian method.The random diffusion effect of raindrop particles caused by airflow turbulence and the interaction between raindrop particles and projectile surface were considered.The effect of liquid water content on the aerodynamic parameters of M910 projectile and 120 mm mortar projectile was studied at different angles of attack.The results show that the rainstorm has a great influence on the lift coefficient of the two projectiles.When Ma=0.7,the maximum lift coefficients of M910 projectile and 120 mm motar projectile decrease by 14.5%and 21.9%,respectively.The influence degree decreases gradually with the increase of the angle of attack,and the resistance coefficient of the two projectiles is less affected by the rainstorm.Affected by the tail,the influence of rainstorm on the mortar projectile(fin-stabilized projectile)is higher than that of the M910 projectile(spin-stabilized projectile).The non-uniform water film formed on the surface of the projectile and the momentum loss at the boundary of the projectile caused by the collision of raindrop particles are the main reasons that affect the aerodynamic performance of the projectile.
