摘  要:目的:设计制作大型医疗设备监测预警系统,实现设备机房的预防性维护管理。方法:使用浏览器与服务器(B/S和客户机与服务器(C/S)相结合的结构开发,采用STM8S003F嵌入式单片机与远距离无线电(LoRa)无线模块制作监测预警系统,系统软件以判断预警发送报警指令和保存报警历史记录为主,系统硬件由STM8单片机模块、LoRa模块、网络模块、全球移动通信系统(GSM)模块、温湿度采集模块、电压电流断电监测器、漏水监测器、风动监测器和声光报警器组成,监测指标包括机房温湿度、机房电压电流断电、漏水积水、空调恒温与送风。结果:该系统能有效监测预警机房状态,发生预警报警时能现场声光报警,同时发送报警短信到相关设备负责人及时提醒,系统应用以来设备维修响应时间由应用前的平均3 h缩短到15 min,设备年故障次数由8次下降到6次,设备故障率降低25%。结论:大型医疗设备监测预警系统能监测并及时预警设备运行情况,可远程在线实时查看现场监测情况,满足各类机房环境管理需求。Objective: To design and make a monitoring and early warning system for large medical equipment and realize the preventive maintenance and management of the server room. Methods: Architecture development using combination of browser/server(B/S) and client/server(C/S), the monitoring and early warning system was made by using STM8S003F embedded microcontroller and Long Range Radio(LoRa) wireless module. The main functions of system software were to judge early warning, send alarm instructions and save alarm history records. The hardware of the system was composed of STM8 single chip microcomputer module, LoRa module, network module, global system for mobile communication(GSM) module, temperature and humidity collection module, voltage and current outage monitor, water leakage monitor, wind motion monitor and audible and visual alarm. The monitoring indicators included temperature and humidity of the server room, voltage and current outage of server room, water leakage and accumulated water, constant temperature of air conditioner and air supply. Results: The system can effectively monitor and warn the status in the server room, and can give an audible and visual alarm on the spot in the event of an alarm and send a text message to the responsible person of the relevant equipment to give a timely reminder. Since the application of the system, the response time of equipment maintenance was shortened from an average of 3 hours before application to 15 minutes, and the annual failure frequency of the equipment reduced from 8 times to 6 times with the equipment failure rate reducing by 25%. Conclusion: The large medical equipment monitoring and early warning system can monitor and timely give an early warning of the operation of the equipment, enable the remote real-time view of on-site monitoring, and satisfy requirements for various server rooms environment management.
