摘 要:目的:基于灰色关联度分析(GRA)法和层次分析(AHP)法对4家计算机断层扫描(CT)设备厂家3年内维修保养服务情况进行评价和分析,解决医院原有的大型医用设备维修保养服务评价体系中设备个性化评价缺失情况。方法:根据GRA法要求组建评价小组,对原有的大型医用设备维修保养服务评价体系进行优化并构建CT设备维修保养服务评价体系,评价小组专家对4家(A、B、C和D)CT厂家2018-2020年的服务情况评分后得到决策矩阵,通过AHP法对评价指标赋权,使用灰色关联度计算4家CT厂家3年服务情况关联度排序。结果:建立的CT维修保养评价体系包含一级指标3个,二级指标21个。4家CT厂家3年维修保养服务评价从最优到最差的灰色关联度排序为:2018年D厂家(0.866)、2020年B厂家(0.818)、2020年C厂家(0.798)、2019年B厂家(0.750)及2019年D厂家(0.730)等;B厂家维修服务评价最好,A厂家维修服务评价最差。结论:基于灰色关联度分析法和AHP对CT设备维修保养服务进行评价,评价数据与实际调研情况高度一致。Objective: To evaluate and analyze the maintenance service situation of 4 computed tomography(CT manufacturers in 3 years based on grey relational analysis(GRA) and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and to solve the lack of equipment personalized evaluation in the original evaluation system of large medical equipment maintenance service in the hospital. Methods: According to the requirements of GRA, an evaluation team was formed to optimize the original evaluation system of maintenance service of large medical equipment and to construct an evaluation system of maintenance service of CT equipment. The experts in the evaluation team scored the 3-year service situation of 4 CT manufacturers(A, B, C and D) from 2018 to 2020 to obtain the decision matrix. The indexes were weighted by AHP, and the correlation degree ranking of the 3-year service situation of 4 CT manufacturers was calculated by gray correlation analysis. Results: The established CT maintenance evaluation system covered 3 firstlevel indexes and 21 second-level indexes. With respect to the 3-year maintenance service evaluation of the 4 CT manufacturers, the ranking of gray relational degree from the best to the worst was as follows: manufacturer D in 2018(0.866), manufacturer B in 2020(0.818), manufacturer C in 2020(0.798), manufacturer B in 2019(0.750) and manufacturer D in 2019(0.730), etc. The maintenance service evaluation of manufacturer B was the best, and that of manufacturer A was the worst. Conclusion: The maintenance service of CT equipment is evaluated based on grey relational analysis and AHP, and the evaluation data was highly consistent with the actual investigation.
