摘　　要：目的:研究精益化管理模式在骨科外来器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选取医院收治采用骨科外来器械进行手术的364例患者,按照外来器械管理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组182例,对照组手术使用器械采用传统管理方法,观察组手术使用器械采用精益化管理模式。对比两组骨科外来器械准备情况、术后器械去向规范率和遗失率以及不良事件发生率,采用自制调查表调查医务人员对外来器械使用的满意度。结果:对照组26例(占14.29%)发生骨科外来器械准备不完善,观察组器械准备不完善为10例(占5.50%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=10.0526,P<0.05);对照组术后器械去向规范率低于观察组,遗失率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=23.0918,x2=14.2871;P<0.05);对照组不良事件发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=7.2175,P<0.05);医务人员对外来器械使用的满意度观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=12.2318,P<0.05)。结论:精益化管理模式能够改善骨科外来器械准备不完善情况,规范术后骨科外来器械去向,降低手术不良事件发生率,提升医务人员对外来器械包的满意度。Objective: To study the application effect of lean management mode in the management of orthopedic external medical devices. Methods: 364 orthopedic patients undergoing surgery with orthopedic external medical devices in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different management methods of external medical devices, with 182 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional management methods and the observation group adopted lean management mode. The preparation of orthopedic external devices, the standardization rate and loss rate of postoperative devices, and the incidence of adverse events between the two groups were compared. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of medical staff with external devices. Results: There were 26 cases(accounting for 14.29%) with imperfect preparation of orthopedic external medical devices in the control group and 10 cases(accounting for 5.50%) in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=10.0526, P<0.05). The standardization rate of postoperative devices was lower than that of the observation group, and the loss rate was higher than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=23.0918, x^(2)=14.2871;P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in control group was higher than that in observation group, the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=7.2175, P<0.05). The medical staff’s satisfaction with external medical devices in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=12.2318, P<0.05). Conclusion: The lean management mode can improve the situation of imperfect preparation of orthopedic external devices, regulate the disposal of postoperative orthopedic external devices,reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve medical staff’s satisfaction with external devices.
