摘 要:结合带穿层柱框架结构的特点,分析了目前计算带穿层柱框架结构的楼层侧向刚度、楼层受剪承载力比、扭转位移比时存在的问题,并给出了计算分析建议与方法。提出一种穿层柱高度范围内等效侧向刚度计算方法,解决了因夹层难以量化定义而带来的层侧向刚度比计算问题。以一中间楼层带穿层柱的12层框架结构为例,对水平荷载作用下的带穿层柱框架结构传力路径进行分析。结果表明,穿层柱和非穿层柱在穿层柱顶、底楼盖位置均存在剪力突变,该位置楼板起到传递水平力作用。分析了不同梁板缺失范围对带穿层柱框架结构的楼层侧向刚度比、扭转位移比、楼层受剪承载力比值的影响。结果表明,随着梁板缺失范围增加,层概念软件默认算法的误差越大,会误判结构的扭转规则性、竖向规则性,建议按照本文建议方法复核。Combined with the characteristics of frame structures with cross-story columns, the problems existing in the calculation of lateral stiffness ratio, story shear capacity ratio and torsional displacement ratio were analyzed, and the suggestions and methods for calculation and analysis were given. A method for calculating the equivalent lateral stiffness within height range of cross-story column was proposed to solve the calculation problem of story lateral stiffness ratio caused by the difficulty of quantifying the definition of mezzanine. Taking a 12-story frame structure with cross-story columns in the middle floor as an example, the load path of the frame structure with cross-story columns under the action of horizontal load was analyzed. The results show that both the cross-story column and the frame column have shear mutation at the location of top and bottom floors of the cross-story column, and the floor plays the role of horizontal load path at this position. The effects of different beam-slab missing ranges on the story lateral stiffness ratio, torsional displacement ratio, and story shear bearing capacity ratio of the frame structure with cross-story columns were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the beam-slab missing ranges, the error of the default algorithm of story concept software becomes larger, which will misjudge the torsional regularity and vertical regularity of the structure. It is suggested to check the structure according to the proposed method in this paper.
