摘 要:针对整体钢平台模架与大型垂直运输塔机等施工机械一体化集成要求,基于模块化设计的理念,通过局部强化、整体轻量化的思路建立了临时钢结构支撑体系,同时运用结构分析软件对结构进行整体优化。通过控制作业阶段和爬升阶段时的受力构件应力比、最大变形、竖向及侧向支撑装置反力,从而满足承载力要求。结果表明:临时钢结构支撑体系通过在集成部位局部采用高承载力筒架支撑结构与高承载力钢梁爬升结构的方式,从而解决大型机械设备的荷载传递问题,并在大吨位液压油缸驱动下通过二者的交替支撑实现自动爬升。In view of the integration requirements of the overall steel platform formwork and construction machinery such as large vertical transport tower cranes, based on the concept of modular design, a temporary steel structure support system was established through the idea of local strengthening and overall light weight. At the same time, the structural analysis software was used to optimize the structure as a whole. By controlling the stress ratio, maximum deformation, vertical and lateral support device reaction force of the stressed member during the operation stage and the climbing stage, the bearing capacity requirements were met. The results show that the temporary steel structure support system solves the load transfer problem of large-scale mechanical equipment by locally adopting high-capacity cylinder support structure and high-capacity steel beam climbing structure in the integrated part, and the temporary steel structure is driven by large-tonnage hydraulic cylinders, which realized automatic climbing by the alternate support of support structure and climbing structure.
