摘 要:承力盘参数对新型混凝土扩盘桩(NT-CEP桩)的承载性能具有一定影响,其中承力盘位置在NT-CEP桩抵抗水平荷载时较为重要。采用半截面桩小模型原状土试验方法对4个承力盘顶部到桩顶的距离分别为50、90、130、170mm的NT-CEP桩进行了试验,采用ANSYS有限元软件对7个承力盘顶部到桩顶距离分别为1 500、2 100、2 700、3 300、3 900、4 500、5 100mm的NT-CEP桩进行了模拟。对比分析了水平荷载作用下NT-CEP桩不同承力盘位置对桩周土体破坏状态以及NT-CEP桩抗倾覆能力的影响,确定水平荷载作用下承力盘位置对NT-CEP桩承载力的影响规律:承力盘距离桩顶越近,NT-CEP桩抵抗水平荷载能力越强。最后,根据试验和模拟结果,完善了NT-CEP桩在水平荷载作用下的计算公式,为NT-CEP桩在实际工程中的应用及设计提供了可靠的理论基础。The parameters of the bearing plate have a certain influence on the bearing performance of the new type concrete expansion plate pile, and the position of the bearing plate is important when the NT-CEP pile resists horizontal loads. The semi-section pile small model undisturbed soil test method was used to stimulate four NT-CEP piles with the distance from the top of bearing plate to the top of pile ranging from 50, 90, 130 to 170 mm respectively. The ANSYS finite element software was used to stimulate seven NT-CEP piles, with the distance from the top of bearing plate to the top of pile ranging from 1500, 2100, 2700, 3300, 3900, 4500 to 5100 mm respectively. The effect of different bearing plate positions of NT-CEP piles on the failure state of soil around the piles and the anti-overturning ability of NT-CEP piles under horizontal loads were compared and analyzed, and the influence law of bearing plate position on the bearing capacity of NT-CEP piles under horizontal loads was determined: the closer the bearing plate is to the pile top is, the stronger the ability of NT-CEP pile is to resist horizontal load. Finally, according to the test and simulation results, the calculation formula of NT-CEP pile under horizontal loads was improved, which provided a reliable theoretical basis for the application and design of NT-CEP pile in practical engineering.
