摘　　要：在新时代发展理念指引下,对人文发展指数进行扩展,构建平等与可持续嵌入的中国人文发展指数,并对2000—2017年中国人文发展水平及其时空异质性进行实证研究。结果表明:(1)得益于经济和可持续发展的显著进步,以及教育、健康水平的稳步提高,中国人文发展水平实现了从低发展水平向高发展水平的历史性跨越。(2)我国人文发展水平地区差异显著,收入和可持续发展是差异产生的主要内因,具有显著的空间集聚与差异特征,东高西低的格局依旧存在,但西部地区呈现明显的“追赶效应”;人文发展进程中经济、社会、科技与环境之间彼此促进、共同推进的协调发展机制正在逐渐形成。(3)我国各省市人文发展水平存在条件收敛,收敛速度及其变化存在显著的时空异质性,加快城市化进程和缩小城乡收入差距有利于人文发展水平趋向稳态。Under the guidance of the development concept of the new era, this paper expands the human development index, constructs equal and sustainable embedded China human development index(ES-CHDI), and conducts an empirical study on the level of ES-CHDI and its temporal and spatial heterogeneity from 2000 to 2017.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) due to the remarkable progress in economic and sustainable development, as well as the steady improvement in education and health, the level of human development in China has achieved a historic leap from a low level of development to a high level of development.(2) There are significant regional differences in the level of human development in my country, and income and sustainable development are the main internal causes;and there are significant spatial agglomeration and differences. The pattern of high east and low west still exists, but the western region presents an obvious “catch-up effect”;In the process of human development, a good harmony synchronous development mechanism that promotes each other among economy, society, science and technology and the environment is gradually taking shape.(3) There are significant conditions convergence of human development in China, and there are significant spatial-temporal heterogeneities on the convergence speeds and trends of different provinces. Accelerating the process of urbanization and narrowing the urban-rural income gap are conducive to the steady state of human development.
