拱形结构中预埋槽道在木模板上安装工艺研究

摘　　要：北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽工程城际车站一区明挖隧道工区为拱形隧道结构,采用明挖顺作法即开挖土方至坑底,随土方开挖完成5道混凝土支撑,顺做拱形隧道结构主体。结合现场实际状况,针对在使用木模板的隧道施工中安装预埋槽道的施工工艺进行初步研究,形成预埋槽道在木模板上的安装方法及工艺,以保证预埋槽道各种精度指标。The open excavation tunnel in the intercity station zone I of Beijing suburban railway subcenter station is an arch tunnel structure and open excavation bottom-up method was used to firstly excavate to the foundation pit bottom and complete five pieces of concrete supports simultaneously with earthwork excavation,and then construct the main structure of arch tunnel.Based on field conditions,this paper carried out preliminary research on the construction process of pre-embedded channel during tunnel construction where timber formwork was used,to form the installation method and process of pre-embedded channel on timber formwork and to guarantee various precision indices of pre-embedded channel.
