蒸压加气条板墙在装配式钢结构住宅工程中的应用

摘　　要：随着国民经济发展,钢结构的体系抗震性能的优势、灵活空间的优势在住宅工程中逐渐应用。蒸压加气条板隔墙具有轻质、防火、节能、隔声等优点,充分展现条板墙的优势(节能环保、节约工期、提高工效)。在装配式钢结构住宅工程中,户内布局多,功能房间分布有序,条板墙与钢结构之间的连接是需要解决的重要问题。结合施工图集、施工经验以及现场实际情况,制订切实可行的构造节点、连接措施,将条板墙的优势充分地展现在装配式钢结构住宅工程。With development of national economy,steel structure has witnessed an increasing application in residential building projects,due to its advantages in aseismic performance and flexible space arrangement.Autoclaved aerated plate wall has many characteristics,such as light weight,fire resistance,energy conservation and sound isolation,etc.,and could realize energy saving and environmental protection,shorten construction period and improve construction efficiency.Assembly steel structure residential building has diversified indoor layouts and functional rooms are usually arranged regularly,so the connection between plate wall and steel structure is an important problem to be solved.Based on the construction drawings,experiences and field conditions,feasible structural nodes and connection measures were designed to fully exert the advantage of plate wall in assembly steel structure residential building.
