摘　　要：根据钢结构柱的特性,在钢管施工完成后需要对钢管内进行混凝土浇筑,传统的浇筑施工方法是在钢管柱顶上设置灌注孔,从灌注孔的上方向下灌注混凝土,但这种方式施工时需制作施工平台,长时间占用大型起重机,高空作业量大,施工人员极其不安全,再者大直径钢管内部设置有许多加劲板,且钢管内部不能振捣,无法保证浇筑的混凝土达到密实状态。高处往下浇筑混凝土容易使之产生离析,达不到设计的强度要求。为了避免这些缺点,可以采用钢管混凝土顶升浇筑法施工,该混凝土浇筑方法速度快,从下往上浇筑混凝土,依靠顶升挤压力自然密实,且钢柱管壁还可以兼做侧模,浇筑混凝土时便可以节约支模及模板拆除的材料和人工,使之更加经济,节约了成本,保证了质量,加快了进度。According to the characteristics of the steel structure column,the steel tube construction after the completion of the need for steel pipe concrete pouring,pouring construction of traditional method is to set the infusion hole on steel pillars,pouring concrete under direction from of grouting hole,the construction should be made when the platform,but this way for a long time to take up large crane,high production,construction personnel extremely unsafe.Moreover,there are many stiffening plates inside the large diameter steel pipe,and the steel pipe can not be vibrated,so the concrete can not be guaranteed to reach the compacted state.It is easy to produce segregation when pouring concrete from high down,which can not meet the strength requirements of the design.In order to avoid these shortcomings,can use jack-up method of casting steel pipe concrete construction,the construction method of casting speed,on top of extrusion natural close-grained,its steel column is reasonable resistance to lateral pressure of the pipe wall template,concrete construction can save the mould,the mode of labor and materials,make it more economic,save cost,ensure the quality,speed up the progress.
