城市副中心某工程倒置式屋面质量控制要点

摘　　要：正置屋面是指将保温层做在防水层下面,倒置屋面是指将防水层做在保温层下面。传统作法多采用正置屋面,倒置屋面在工程应用中较少采用。但是在建筑高度受限制,女儿墙高度较低时,采用倒置屋面能保证屋面泛水高度,同时节约屋面作法中的防水保护层。经过北京城市副中心某工程倒置屋面实施后,需提前规划方能保证倒置屋面的施工质量。The positive roof refers to the insulation layer under the waterproof layer,and the inverted roof refers to the waterproof layer under the insulation layer.Most of the traditional methods use positive roofing,while inverted roofing is seldom used in engineering application.However,when the height of the building is limited and the height of the parapet is low,the inverted roof can ensure the flooding height of the roof and save the waterproof protective layer in the roof practice.After the implementation of the inverted roof of a project in Beijing City Deputy Center,the construction quality of the inverted roof can only be guaranteed by planning in advance.
