摘　　要：柴胡是解表类中药,味苦、辛,微寒,归肝、胆经,具有疏肝解郁、解表退热、升举阳气的作用。其活性成分对内分泌系统、免疫系统和神经系统等均有作用,因其具有较好的抗抑郁功效,被广泛地用于抑郁症的治疗。目前,柴胡已成为医学、药理学、化学在抑郁症治疗方面的研究热点。本文对近几年柴胡有效活性成分及抗抑郁作用机制研究的相关文献进行系统的总结与归纳,进一步明确柴胡的成分及抗抑郁作用,为今后柴胡药用价值的开发利用提供依据和参考。Bupleurum is a traditional Chinese medicine for relieving the surface of the motherland. It has a bitter taste, pungent, and slightly cold, and it returns to the liver and gallbladder meridian. It has the effects of soothing the liver and relieving depression, relieving the surface and reducing fever, and promoting yang. Its active ingredients have pharmacological effects on the endocrine system, immune system and nervous system. Because of its good antidepressant effect, it is widely used in the treatment of depression. At present, Bupleurum has become a research hotspot in the treatment of depression in medicine, pharmacology and chemistry. This article systematically summarizes the relevant literatures on the research on the effective active ingredients and mechanism of Bupleurum spp. in recent years, further clarifies the antidepressant effect of Bupleurum spp., and provides basis and reference for the development and utilization of the medicinal value of Bupleurum in the future.
