摘 要:针对因材料不同,收缩性能不同导致复合墙板出现开裂问题,提出对优化材料与材料的连接方式和改变装饰层材料厚度对复合墙板收缩性能进行优化。结果表明,PLC-GRC复合墙板受GRC装饰层厚度影响规律相同,连接方式为平接界面连接,GRC装饰层厚度为15mm时,新型PLC-GRC复合墙板收缩性能最优。Aiming at the problem that the shrinkage performance can not lead to the cracking of composite wallboard due to different materials, it is proposed to optimize the shrinkage performance of composite wallboard by optimizing the connection mode between materials and changing the material thickness of decorative layer. The re-sults showed that the PLC-GRC composite wallboard has the same law affected by the thickness of GRC decorative layer, and the connection mode is flat interface connection. When the thickness of GRC decorative layer is 15mm,the shrinkage performance of the new PLC-GRC composite wallboard is the best.
