摘  要:疫苗免疫是控制马立克氏病(Marek's disease,MD)的主要手段,但由于多种原因,使免疫鸡群仍有MD暴发。而遗传抗病育种能从遗传本质上提高鸡群的抗病能力,其中基于分子标记技术的MD遗传抗病育种有望弥补疫苗接种为主的MD防控手段之不足。研究将进行BF(鸡MHCI)基因外显子7可变剪接与MD遗传抗性关系及其机制的分析,为构建BF基因可变剪外显子7为分子标记的MD遗传抗病育种的标记方法提供参考。Vaccine Immunization is the main method to control Marek's disease(MD),but for many reasons,MD outbreaks still occur in immunized chickens.Genetic Disease Resistance Breeding can improve the disease resistance of chickens genetically,and molecular marker-based disease resistance breeding is expected to make up for the shortage of vaccine-based MD control.The relationship between variable splicing of exon 7 of BF(chicken MHCI)gene and MD genetic resistance and its mechanism will be analyzed in this study,which will provide reference for constructing marker method of MD genetic resistance breeding with variable splicing exon 7 of BF gene as molecular marker.
