摘 要:配电网重构策略是提高电网经济运行的重要手段之一,但对于高渗透率分布式电源(DG)接入的主动配电网,常规的重构算法难以适用。首先建立以网损、电压偏移和负荷均衡为目标函数的配电网优化重构模型;然后总结了二进制粒子群、量子粒子群和和声搜索等几种常用的智能算法,针对其缺陷,提出采用帝国主义竞争算法作为重构算法;最后在含DG的IEEE33系统中进行仿真验证。通过对四种算法结果的对比,采用帝国主义竞争算法能够获得较优的目标解,优化重构效果也最佳,可作为主动配电网优化重构的求解算法。Distribution network reconfiguration strategy is one of the important means to improve the economic operation of power grid, but for active distribution network with high permeability DG access, conventional reconfiguration algorithm is difficult to apply. Firstly, an optimal reconfiguration model of distribution network with network loss, voltage offset and load balancing as objective functions is established;then summarizes several common intelligent algorithms, such as binary particle swarm optimization, quantum particle swarm optimization and harmonic search, and proposes imperialist competition algorithm as reconfiguration algorithm to overcome their shortcomings;finally, it simulates and verifies four kinds of algorithms in IEEE 33 system with DG. By comparing the results of the algorithm, the imperialist competition algorithm adopted can obtain better objective solution, and the optimal reconfiguration effect is also the best, which can be used as the solution algorithm of active distribution network optimal reconfiguration.
