摘　　要：农药经营是农药全产业链必不可少的环节。本文采用SWOT分析法,对江苏省农药经营门店内部的优势、劣势以及外部的机会、威胁进行研究,分析了农药经营门店的发展潜力以及难点痛点,并提出意见建议。Pesticide business is an indispensable part of the whole pesticide industry chain. This paper made research on the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities of and threats faced by pesticide stores in Jiangsu Province based on SWOT analysis, analyzed the development potential and difficulties, and put forward suggestions.
