基于PSR模型的黑龙江省森林旅游与生态环境耦合协调的动态演进研究

摘　　要：基于2008—2018年黑龙江省森林旅游产业发展与生态环境数据,通过构建森林旅游产业与生态环境耦合协调的PSR(压力—状态—响应)框架,实证分析黑龙江省森林旅游产业与生态环境的协调发展的动态演进过程。结果显示,黑龙江省森林旅游产业综合指数保持较高水平增长,生态环境综合指数呈缓慢增长—快速增长的趋势,耦合协调水平由濒临失调衰退到良好协调发展的梯度演进,其中2008—2011年为生态超前型,2012—2018年为森林旅游产业超前型,前期黑龙江省利用生态环境资源禀赋发展森林旅游业,后期利用森林旅游经济效益反哺生态环境,两系统具有较高的关联度,双系统耦合协调度稳步上升。但是,生态环境综合水平与森林旅游产业水平相比仍然具有一定的提升空间,提高生态环境综合水平是未来推进森林旅游产业与生态环境优质协调发展的关键。Based on the data of forest tourism industry development and ecological environment in Heilongjiang Province from 2008 to 2018,the dynamic evolution process of the coordinated development of forest tourism industry and ecological environment in Heilongjiang Province was empirically analyzed by constructing the PSR(Pressure-State-Response)framework for the coupling and coordination of forest tourism industry and ecological environment.Results showed that forest tourism industry in heilongjiang province comprehensive index also kept growing higher levels,the ecological environment comprehensive index of slow growth,the fast growth the tendency,the coupling coordination level by the maladjusted to the brink of recession to good coordinated development,the evolvement of the gradient which is suitable for ecological type in advance,the 2008—2011,2012—2018 for forest tourism industry,an early use of forest tourism resources endowment development,ecological environment in heilongjiang province,using the forest tourism economic benefit feedback ecological environment two system has a high correlation degree,double system coupling coordination degree has risen steadily.However,compared with the level of forest tourism industry,there is still room for improvement in the comprehensive level of ecological environment.To improve the comprehensive level of ecological environment is the key to promote the coordinated development of coupling coordination between forest tourism industry and ecological environment to high quality in the future.
