摘　　要：论文主要研究高职新能源汽车专业创新才培养路径。以探索完善的新能源汽车创新人才培养路径为目的,进而探索高职新能源汽车专业才培养模式。在充分调研的基础上,结合企业实际需求状况,提出了培养路径的措施,并通过实践验证,结果表明,该新能源汽车专业人才培养路径适合我国高职院校的发展需要。The thesis mainly studies the training path of innovative talents in new energy vehicles in higher vocational colleges.For the purpose of exploring a perfect training path for innovative talents for new energy vehicles,and then exploring new energy vehicle professional training models for higher vocational education.On the basis of full investigation,combined with the actual needs of the enterprise,the measures for the training path are proposed,and through practical verifi cation,the results show that the new energy vehicle professional talent training path is suitable for the development needs of higher vocational colleges in my country.
