摘　　要：电弧螺柱焊是广泛应用于汽车白车身中的一种连接技术,但实际生产中也遇到焊接强度不足等技术难点,本文就某德系车型,针对螺柱焊接设备、参数、母材,对如何螺柱焊强度提升进行研究。Arc stud welding is a connection technology widely used in automobile body-in-white,but it also encounters technical diffi culties such as insuffi cient welding strength in actual production.This paper studies how to improve the strength of stud welding for a German model,according to the stud welding equipment,parameters,and base metal.
