摘　　要：通过对乘用车电动座椅的常见异响问题进行分类分析,深入研究异响原因,从结构设计、生产工艺、生产设备、零件来料等过程提出解决方案,从而解决电动座椅的异响问题,提升电动座椅的质量水平。This paper summarizes and analyzes the common abnormal sound problems of electric seats in passenger cars,Deeply studied the reason of abnormal sound,and the solution is put forward from the process of structure design,production technology,production equipment,parts and materials,So as to solve the abnormal sound problem of electric seat,improve the quality level of electric seat.
