摘　　要：本文从历史视角回顾了我国农村生态环境的变化,认为在新中国成立以后农村生态环境逐渐恶化,而近年来新农村的规划建设对生态环境造成了进一步的破坏,包括农业污染的加重、工业污染的加重、树木的砍伐等。对此进一步提出了新农村规划建设下农村生态的保护对策,包括做好土地的生态性规划布局、弱化农业污染、合理引入新产业等。This paper reviews the changes of rural ecological environment in China from a historical perspective,and holds that the ruralecological environment has gradually deteriorated after the founding ofthe people’s Republic of China.In recent years,the planning and construction of new countryside has caused further damage to the ecological environment,including the aggravation of agricultural pollution,industrial pollution,tree cutting and so on.This paper further putsforward the Protection Countermeasures of rural ecology under the newrural planning and construction,including doing a good job in the ecological planning and layout of land,weakening agricultural pollution,reasonably introducing new industries and so on.
