摘　　要：当前生态环境建设已经逐渐发展成为二十世纪以来经济社会和谐发展的重要理论基础,是衡量我国社会经济文明发展高低的重要标准。在推进生态型城镇建设的过程中,由于对环境规划的资源综合利用率不高,污染严重、规划建设质量管理不合理等问题突出。因此,必须及时采取相应措施,有效实现自然生态环境的健康和谐发展。The current ecological environment construction has gradually developed into an important theoretical basis for the harmonious development of economy and society since the 20th century,and it is an important standard to measure the level of social and economic civilization development in China.In the process of promoting the construction of ecological towns,the comprehensive utilization rate of resources in environmental planning is not high,the pollution is serious,and the quality management of planning and construction is unreasonable.Therefore,corresponding measures must be taken in time to effectively realize the healthy and harmonious development of natural ecological environment.
