摘　　要：随着排污许可证制度的推广普及,填报规范和要求不断完善和明确。本文论述了上海市排污许可证的实际填报要求与企业环境影响评价报告具体内容的衔接性和差异性,并对两者内容衔接合理性的提升进行了简单探讨。With the popularization of sewage permit system,the filling specification and requirements are constantly improved and clear.This paper discusses the connection and difference between the actual requirements of Shanghai sewage discharge permit and the specific content of enterprise environmental impact assessment report,and briefly discusses how to improve the rationality of the connection between the two contents.
