摘　　要：本文对莆田市餐饮服务行业发展现状及油烟废气污染展开论述,介绍了餐饮业油烟废气的排放特点,分析了餐饮油烟的污染因子,并对几种常见的油烟净化技术进行了阐述分析,提出目前治理餐饮油烟的治理方法,并以相关案例为餐饮服务业的经营规划提供参考,以保证餐饮服务业健康有序发展。This paper discusses the development status of catering service industry in Putian city and lampblack exhaust gas pollution,introduces the emission characteristics of catering industry,analyzes the pollution factor of catering lampblack,and analyzes several common lampblack purification technologies,and puts forward the current treatment method of catering lampblack,and take the relevant cases to provide the catering service industry business planning for reference,to ensure the orderly and healthy development of the catering service industry.
