摘 要:传统混凝土桥梁安全性不佳,桥梁的耐久性能差,提出中小跨径混凝土桥梁膨胀开裂调控方法。通过分析混凝土浇筑时水化热的散热与拉应力产生原理,计算混凝土自应力进行,获得桥梁膨胀开裂阈值;计算混凝土干缩值、冷缩值、极线拉伸值与加强带限制膨胀率;获得混凝土桥梁各个区域极限承受力数值,在混凝土桥梁内添加适当比例的聚羧酸缔合分子,得到缔合型长效保塑剂;通过外加剂的浓度缩调控混凝土桥梁膨胀开裂程度。仿真结果证明,调控方法能够有效抑制混凝土桥梁的膨胀开裂,不会因时间的推移出现调控失效问题。The traditional concrete bridge is not safe and the durability of the bridge is poor.In this article,a method to control the expansion and cracking of small and medium span concrete bridges was put forward.Firstly,we analyzed the principle of heat dissipation and tensile stress of hydration heat when placing concrete,and then calculated the self-stress value of concrete and the threshold value of expansion and cracking.After that,we calculated the dry shrinkage value,cold shrinkage value,ultimate tension value and limited expansion ratio of the reinforcing belt.Then,we got the ultimate bearing capacity of each area in the concrete bridge.Moreover,we added some polycarboxylic acid associated molecules with a suitable ratio in the concrete bridge,so that the associated long-term plasticizer was obtained.By adjusting the concentration of additive,we controlled the expansion and cracking degree of the concrete bridge.Simulation results prove that the proposed method can effectively restrain the expansion and cracking of concrete bridges.Meanwhile,this method will not fail as time goes on.
