摘 要:以竹炭、氯氧镁水泥为原材料,采用双氧水作为发泡剂,硬脂酸钙为稳泡剂,向氯氧镁水泥中添加竹炭,采用静置发泡法制备了竹炭/氯氧镁水泥轻质复合材料。通过万能力学试验机、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等对复合材料进行性能检测,探讨竹炭对轻质氯氧镁水泥复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着竹炭粒径的减小,竹炭/氯氧镁水泥轻质复合材料的抗压强度与抗折强度逐渐提高,氯氧镁水泥轻质复合材料的抗压强度、抗折强度分别为1.42 MPa、0.61 MPa,而填充50目竹炭的竹炭/氯氧镁水泥轻质复合材料的抗压强度和抗折强度分别达3.99 MPa、1.88 MPa;竹炭在氯氧镁水泥中没有产生新的结晶,仅以物理掺和的方式存在于氯氧镁水泥中并保持了竹炭多孔性的特征;通过热重分析发现加入竹炭后复合材料总失重率下降了4.65%,说明竹炭提高了氯氧镁水泥的热稳定性能;竹炭降低了氯氧镁水泥的吸湿性能,可有效阻碍氯氧镁水泥吸潮结露。In this study,bamboo charcoal and magnesium oxychloride cement were used as raw materials to prepare bamboo charcoal/magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC)light-weight composites by mixing with hydrogen peroxide(foaming agent)and calcium stearate(foam stabilizing agent).The effects of bamboo charcoal on the properties of MOC composites were studied by means of universal mechanical testing machine,X-ray diffractometer,thermogravimetric analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the composite materials gradually increased with the decrease of particle size of bamboo charcoal.The compressive strength of MOC cement is 1.42 MPa and the bending strength is 0.61 MPa.However,the compressive strength and bending strength of the composite filled with 50 mesh bamboo charcoal are up to 3.99 MPa and 1.88 MPa,repsectively.The bamboo charcoal mixed in MOC by blending maintains the original porosity structure without any new crystals produced in the MOC system.According to thermogravimetric analysis,it was found that the bamboo charcoal improved the thermal stability of the MOC,the total weight loss rate decreased by 4.65%with bamboo charcoal addition.3)Bamboo charcoal reduced the hygroscopicity of MOC,which can effectively prevent moisture absorption and condensation of MOC.
