摘 要:本研究以氨丙基二甲氧基甲基硅烷和氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,通过可控水解共缩聚制备了带功能性胺基的聚硅氧烷低聚物,直接固化改性环氧树脂,形成了拟半互穿网络结构(semi-pseudo-IPN)。该结构抑制了环氧与有机硅的宏观相分离,改性后的产物具备致密的网络结构,粘接强度达到13 MPa,800℃残碳量达到26.9%,有较好的耐热性和耐溶剂性。Aminopropyl dimethoxymethyl silane and aminopropyl triethoxy silane were used as raw materials to prepare polysiloxane oligomers with functional amine groups through controlled hydrolysis and copolycondensation.After modification by polysiloxane curing,epoxy resin and silicone formed a semi-pseudo-IPN structure.Electron microscopy characterization showed that the structure inhibits the macroscopic phase separation of epoxy and silicone.The modified product was a dense network structure and its sheer strength reached 13 MPa,and the residual carbon content at 800℃reached 26.9%,showing good heat resistance.Meanwhile,the solvent immersion test showed that the product had good solvent resistance.
