4种生物农药对燕麦蚜虫的防治试验

摘　　要：采用叶面喷雾法测定了4种生物农药对燕麦蚜虫的田间防治效果,并进行了农药的安全性评价。结果表明:喷施8 000 IU·μL^(-1)苏云金杆菌悬浮剂处理,施药3、7、14 d的防效分别为58.4%、88.9%、85.6%,表现较好;其次是喷施1.3%苦参碱水剂处理和1.6%狼毒素水乳剂处理,施药3、7、14 d的防效分别为53.0%、63.1%、72.6%和66.9%、88.0%、57.6%;防效最低的是喷施0.5%印楝素乳油处理,施药3、7、14 d的防效分别为45.7%、55.5%、41.5%。喷施8 000 IU·μL^(-1)苏云金杆菌悬浮剂处理施药14 d的防效高于喷施化学农药2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂处理的防效。燕麦在4种生物农药试验剂量下均生长正常。The field spray method was used to evaluate the control effects of four biological pesticides against oat aphids. The results showed that the control effect of 8 000 IU·μL^(-1)bacillus thuringiensis was 58.4%,88.9% and 85.6% after 3, 7 and 14 days of application, showing a better control effect, followed by 1.3% matrine aqueous solution. The control effects of 53.0%, 63.1%, 72.6% and 1.6% lupus toxin aqueous emulsion were 66.9%, 88.0% and 57.6%, and the lowest control effect was 0.5% azadirachtin EC, which was 45.7%,55.5% and 41.5%, respectively. Among them, the control effect of 8 000 IU·μL^(-1)bacillus thuringiensis was higher than that of chemical pesticide 2.5% beta-cyhalothrin microemulsion 14 days after application. The four biopesticides were safe for oat growth at the tested doses.
