摘 要:【目的】探究宁夏地区小叶朴温室及大田播种育苗技术。【方法】从宁夏贺兰山和河南省南阳市分别采集成熟的小叶朴种子,播种于宁夏葡萄酒与防沙治沙职业技术学院日光温室与苗木基地中,观测小叶朴种子出苗率及幼苗苗高、叶片数等生长指标,并进一步总结温室和大田播种育苗技术。【结果】温室播种南阳小叶朴种子出苗率(85.4%)高于贺兰山小叶朴种子出苗率(63.6%),平均苗高(15.1 cm)和平均叶片数量(11.2片)低于贺兰山小叶朴苗木。大田播种南阳小叶朴种子出苗率(65.9%)高于贺兰山小叶朴种子出苗率(52.3%),而平均苗高(10.3 cm)和平均叶片数量(9.8片)低于贺兰山小叶朴苗木。【结论】通过对比分析不同产地小叶朴种子在温室与大田两种环境下的播种育苗状况,说明贺兰山小叶朴种子虽萌发力低于南阳小叶朴种子,但出苗后贺兰山小叶朴展现出对环境更强的适应能力,小叶朴温室播种育苗出苗率、苗高、叶片数量均高于大田播种育苗。[Objective] To explore the technology of field seeding and seedling cultivation of Celtis bungeana Bl in Ningxia. [Methods] The seeds of Celtis bungeana were collected from Helan Mountain in Ningxia and Hebei Province, respectively. The seeds were sown in the solar greenhouse and seedling base of Ningxia Technical College of Wine and Desertification Prevention. The seedling emergence rate, seedling height, leaf number and other growth indexes of Celtis bungeana from different producing areas were analyzed and determined, and the seedling cultivation techniques of greenhouse and field were further summarized. [Results] The seed emergence rate(85.4%) in Hebei province was significantly higher than that in Helan Mountain(63.6%), while the average seedling height(15.1 cm) and average leaf number(11.2 pieces) were lower than that in Helan Mountain. The results showed that although seed germination capacity of Helan Mountain was lower than that of Hebei Province, wild phyllostachys Helan Mountain showed stronger adaptability to environment after seedling emergence. The seed emergence rate(65.9%) of Celtis bungeana in Hebei province was higher than that in Helan Mountain(52.3%), while the average seedling height(10.3 cm) and average leaf number(9.8 pieces)were lower than that in Helan Mountain. The results were consistent with greenhouse seedling, but seed emergence rate, seedling height and leaf number of Celtis bungeana cultivated in field were lower than those of greenhouse seedling. [Conclusion] This study compared and analyzed the seeding and seedling situation of Celtis bungeana from different habitats in greenhouse and field, and then summarized its seeding and seedling technology, so as to provide a feasible breeding technology system for the future cultivation of Celtis bungeana,and further realize the efficient development and utilization of Celtis bungeana species.
