数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距影响的再检验——基于农户人力资本投资调节效应的视角

摘　　要：数字普惠金融与农户人力资本投资分别缩小城乡收入差距的作用机理与效果已得到学术共识,而关于两者城乡收入差距收敛效应的联合作用机理与效果仍有待深入探究。本文运用2011—2018年省级面板数据,考察农户人力资本投资对数字普惠金融城乡收入差距收敛效应的调节作用。研究结论表明,(1)整体来看,数字普惠金融能够显著缩小城乡收入差距;(2)农户人力资本投资能强化数字普惠金融覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度的城乡收入差距收敛效应,且对使用深度的强化效果最明显;(3)在各项数字普惠金融服务中,农户人力资本投资对数字信贷城乡收入差距收敛效应的强化效果最为突出。因此,在借助数字技术赋予农户享有金融服务权利的同时,要格外重视农户人力资本的投资,提高他们对数字普惠金融服务的获取能力与利用能力,更好地发挥出数字普惠金融缩小城乡收入差距的作用。The mechanism and effect of digital inclusive finance(DIF) and human capital investment on narrowing urban-rural income gap respectively have been recognized by scholars, but the joint mechanism and effect are still unclear.Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2018,this paper investigates the moderating effect of human capital investment on the convergence effect of digital inclusive finance on urban-rural income gap.The results show that:(1) the development of DIF in China generally converges the urban-rural income gap;(2) rural household human capital investment can strengthen the role of coverage breadth, usage depth and digitization level of digital inclusive finance to converge the urban and rural income, and it has a greater effect on the usage depth;(3) among all kinds of digital inclusive financial services, farmer’s human capital investment has the most obvious strengthening effect on the convergence effect of digital loan on urban and rural income.Therefore, while developing digital inclusive financial services, it is necessary to pay attention to the investment of farmers’ human capital and play the “combination card” of the two, so as to further improve the effect of digital inclusive finance in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas.
