摘 要:目的探讨甘肃省新冠肺炎临床及影像学特征,为疫情防控提供帮助。方法回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年11月甘肃省新冠肺炎病例的临床、流行病学及胸部计算机断层扫描术(CT)特征。结果甘肃省2020年确诊新冠肺炎181例,2021年截至11月19日共确诊175例,两次疫情在病毒类型、流行病学史、临床分期及胸部CT影像表现中存在不同特征,2021年10月疫情病毒已由2020年的原型株转变为Delta变异株,疫情持续时间略长于2020年1月疫情,无症状感染者及轻型患者数量增多,双肺胸膜下磨玻璃影仍为典型胸部CT特征。结论甘肃省新冠肺炎大部分病例具有明确的流行病学特征,以输入性和聚集性发病为主,病毒的进化及变异加剧了疾病的传播及致病性,胸部CT有助于临床诊断及患者康复评估。Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging features of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in Gansu Province,and provide help for epidemic prevention and control.Methods The clinical,epidemiological and chest computed tomography(CT)characteristics of patients of COVID-19 in Gansu Province from January 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 181 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Gansu Province in 2020,and a total of 175 cases were diagnosed as of November 19,2021.The two outbreaks had different characteristics in virus type,epidemiological history,clinical stage and chest CT imaging manifestations.In October 2021,the epidemic virus had changed from the prototype strain in 2020 to the Delta variant strain.The epidemic lasted slightly longer than that in January 2020.The number of asymptomatic infections and mild patients increased,and the subpleural ground-glass opacity of both lungs was still a typical feature of chest CT.Conclusion Most cases of COVID-19 in Gansu Province manifested clear epidemiological characteristics,mainly imported and clustered.The evolution and mutation of the virus aggravated the spread and pathogenicity of the disease.Chest CT was helpful for clinical diagnosis and patients'rehabilitation assessment.
