摘  要:痛风是由单钠尿酸盐沉积组织所致的炎症性疾病,以急慢性关节炎为特征,与心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肾脏病等高度相关,已成为全球性的常见病、多发病,严重危害人类健康。中性粒细胞和中性粒细胞胞外网状陷阱(NETs)在痛风急慢性关节炎和痛风石的形成中发挥重要作用,但具体调控机制和通路尚不明确。本研究综述中性粒细胞和NETs在痛风发病中的作用机制及研究进展。Gout is an inflammatory disease caused by the deposition of monosodium urate in tissues,characterized by acute and chronic arthritis,highly related to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes and kidney diseases.It has become a common and frequently-occurring disease worldwide,seriously endangering human health.Polymorph nuclear neutrophils and neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)can play an important role in the formation of gout acute and chronic arthritis and tophi,but the specific regulatory mechanisms and pathways are still undetermined.This article reviewed the mechanism of and research progress in polymorph nuclear neutrophils and NETs in the pathogenesis of gout.
