生态文明视角下中国工业企业低碳发展模式研究

摘　　要：党的十八大把生态文明建设放在了十分重要的位置,报告明确指出,发展低碳经济是我国建设生态文明的必然性选择。作为一种具备低能耗、低排放、低污染特点的经济模式,低碳经济的提出对缓解资源和环境压力,推动人与自然的和谐发展等均发挥了非常重要的作用。面对日益严重的资源与环境约束问题,作为资源消耗以及碳排放的主要来源,我国工业企业必须响应国家可持续发展的号召,不断创新低碳技术与相关管理措施,并制定科学的发展策略以确保生态文明建设能够有效推进。The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put the construction of ecological civilization in a very important position.The report clearly points out that the development of low-carbon economy is the inevitable choice of the construction of ecological civilization in China.Low-carbon economy,as an economic model with low energy consumption,low emissions and low pollution,has played a very important role in alleviating pressure on resources and environment and promoting harmonious development between man and nature.Facing the increasingly serious resource and environmental constraints,industrial production as the main source of resource consumption and emissions,the sustainable development of China’s industrial enterprises must respond to national call,low carbon technology innovation and the related management measures,and formulate scientific development strategy to ensure that the construction of ecological civilization can effectively promote.
