小城镇环境规划的理论与应用

摘　　要：城镇化的快速发展,促进了小城镇的发展,使小城镇的规模不断扩大,生产要素不断聚集,小城镇逐渐成为农村走向城市的过渡区域,成为连接城乡的纽带。加强小城镇建设,有助于引领乡村经济的发展,补充我国乡村经济发展滞后城市的局面,成为振兴乡村经济的抓手。然而,在我国小城镇发展过程中,缺乏规划意识和环保意识,基础设施建设落后,导致小城镇生态环境管理落后。本文阐述了小城镇规划过程的环境承载力、循环经济、可持续发展理念,并结合实际案例探讨了小城镇环境规划理论的具体应用。The rapid development of urbanization has promoted the development of small towns.The scale of small towns continues to expand,and production factors continue to gather.Small towns have gradually become the transition area from rural to urban,and become the link between urban and rural areas.Strengthening the construction of small towns will help to lead the development of rural economy,supplement the situation that rural economic development lags behind cities in China,and become the starting point of revitalizing rural economy.However,in the development process of small towns in China,there is a lack of planning awareness and environmental awareness,and the infrastructure construction is backward,which leads to the backward ecological environment management of small towns.This paper first expounds the concept of environmental carrying capacity,circular economy and sustainable development in the planning process of small towns,and discusses the specific application of environmental planning theory in small towns combined with practical cases.
