白术的炮制方法及其药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：通过梳理自唐代以来有关白术的炮制方法,对白术历代净制法、切制法、炮制法进行总结。其中炮制法主要分为加热制和加辅料制,白术现代的主要炮制方法有麸炒法、清炒法、土炒法。同时,对白术近年来的药理作用研究进展进行汇总,主要集中在保护神经系统(如治疗神经退行性疾病、抑制神经细胞凋亡、脑缺血保护等)、调节胃肠道运动、调节肠道微生态、抗血小板聚集、抗肿瘤、抗炎及保肝等方面。This article sorts out the processing methods of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)since the Tang Dynasty,and summarizes the cleaning method,cutting method and processing method of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)in the past dynasties.The processing method is mainly divided into heating method and auxiliary material method.The main modern processing methods of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)are summarized as bran frying method,stir frying method and soil frying method.At the same time,the research progress of the pharmacological effects of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)in recent years is summarized,mainly focusing on the protection of the nervous system(treatment of neurodegenerative diseases,inhibition of nerve cell apoptosis,protection of cerebral ischemia),regulation of gastrointestinal motility,regulation of intestinal microecology,anti-platelet,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and liver protection.
