摘　　要：综述中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的研究进展。近五年中医对于幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的病名、病因、病机、治疗原则、辨证分型有了进一步的认识。中医药在中药单药或单体、复方、中成药及其他适宜技术治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的研究也取得较大进展,为临床幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎防治提供了更多有效的选择。This paper reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori related gastritis.In recent five years,traditional Chinese medicine has a further understanding of the disease name,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and syndrome differentiation of Helicobacter pylori related gastritis.Traditional Chinese medicine has also made great progress in the study of single herb,herb monomer,Chinese herbal compound,Chinese patent drug and other suitable technologies to treat Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis,providing more effective choices for the prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis.
