摘　　要：肌痹为五体痹之一,以肌肉麻木、萎软等为主要临床表现。旷惠桃教授认为本病虽因感受风寒湿或热毒之邪发病,但脾气亏虚,营卫不调,经脉受阻,湿热阻滞,肌肤不荣为其主要病机;后期病机则为脾肾两虚,气血虚弱,筋脉不收,瘀血内生。临证时需重视中西医结合及病证结合,病机紧扣脾肾两脏,以祛风除湿、清热通络为主,同时注重桂枝汤及变方运用,重视使用藤类药与虫类药。Myositis is one of the five body palsy,with muscle numbness and weakness as the main clinical manifestations.Professor KUANG Hui-tao believes that the disease is affected by wind,cold,dampness or heat toxicity,but the main pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of spleen,incoordination between nutrient Qi and defensive Qi,meridian obstruction,dampness and heat,and failure of skin to be nourished.In the later stage,the spleen and kidney are deficient,with deficiency of Qi and blood and relaxation of muscles and veins.And blood stasis is endogenous.It is necessary to pay attention to the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the combination of disease and syndrome.The pathogenesis is closely related to the spleen and kidneys.The main purpose is to expel wind and dampness,clear heat and dredge collaterals.The main treatment is dispelling wind and dampness,clearing heat and dredging collaterals.Professor KUANG Hui-tao pays attention to the use of Guizhi Decoction(桂枝汤)and modified formula,and pays attention to the use of rattan drugs and insect drugs.
