摘　　要：基于“初病湿热在经”探讨运用解毒通利方辨治慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的理论依据。慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化是慢性乙型肝炎进展为乙型肝炎后肝硬化的关键阶段,逆转该阶段具有重要意义。引起慢性乙型肝炎的病毒属于湿热疫毒,故慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化可从清热利湿角度、湿热阶段论治。解毒通利方为治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效方剂,可有效改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化。The article explores the theoretical basis of Jiedu Tongli Prescription in the treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B based on"dampness-heat in initial stage of diseases at meridians".Chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis is the key stage of chronic hepatitis B progression to cirrhosis after hepatitis B,so how to reverse this stage is particularly important.Since the virus that causes chronic hepatitis B belongs to the damp-heat epidemic,chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis can be treated from the perspective of clearing heat and removing dampness,and at the stage of damp-heat.Jiedu Tongli Prescription is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.It can effectively improve chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
