基于中医虚劳病分析心源性恶液质的辨治

摘　　要：结合虚劳病理论,探析心源性恶液质的中医辨治。根据虚劳病的处理原则,运用“形气神同调、病证症同治”的思维方法治疗心源性恶液质,以期为心源性恶液质的中医辨治提供参考和思路。调形注重保护心肌结构,促进形体恢复;调气重在调整生理功能,恢复脏腑气化;调神重在调畅情志,安神解郁除烦;诊疗全程注重顾护心阳,建议以参附龙牡汤为基本方,病证结合,随症加减。This paper probes into the differentiation and treatment of cardiac cachexia by TCM based on the theory of consumptive disease.According to the principle of treating consumptive disease,the thinking method that"Shape,Qi and spirit are in the same harmony,and that disease and syndrome are treated simultaneously"is used in the treatment of consumptive disease.Regulating the shape should focus on protecting the myocardial structure and promoting the recovery of the body.Regulating the Qi should focus on regulating the physiological function and restoring the Qi of the zang-fu organs.Regulating the spirit should focus on regulating the mood,calming the mind and relieving depression,and more attention should be paid to the consolidation and protection of the heart Yang.The main prescription of Shenfu Longmu Decoction(参附龙牡汤)is advocated.At the same time,the prescription is added or subtracted according to symptoms,which provides reference and train of thought for TCM differentiation and treatment of cardiac cachexia.
