摘　　要：目的探讨Nagata自体肋软骨二期法耳郭再造术治疗小耳甲腔型小耳畸形的方法及疗效。方法自2016年7月至2021年12月,福建医科大学附属第一医院整形外科收治17例小耳甲腔型小耳畸形患者。按Nagata自体肋软骨二期法耳郭再造术进行手术,一期手术行肋软骨耳郭支架成形和移植,二期行耳颅沟重建。结果所有患者均顺利完成二期手术。二期术后获随访3~24个月,平均14个月。所有再造耳解剖结构清晰,耳颅沟形状满意。结论Nagata自体肋软骨二期法耳郭再造术是矫正小耳甲腔型小耳畸形理想的手术方法之一。Objective To explore the method and clinical efficacy of Nagata two-stage auricular reconstruction with autologous costal cartilage for small concha-type microtia.Methods From July 2016 to December 2021,17 patients(17 ears)with small concha-type microtia were treated.The Nagata two-stage auricular reconstruction with autologous costal cartilage was performed.The fabrication and grafting of costal cartilage framework were performed in the first stage,and reconstruction of auriculocephalic sulcus was conducted in the second stage.Results The two-stage operations were successfully completed in all patients.Range of follow-up was 3 months to 2 years,with an average of 14 months.All patients were satisfied with the anatomical structure of reconstructed ears and cranioauricular angle.Conclusion Nagata two-stage auricular reconstruction with autologous costal cartilage is an ideal method for auricular reconstruction of small concha-type microtia.
