摘 要:目的探讨3D图像模拟在透明质酸钠注射隆颏的美学评估设计、注射辅助及患者满意度等方面较传统方法的优势。方法自2021年4—9月,解放军总医院第一医学中心整形修复科对门诊行透明质酸钠注射隆颏术的101例患者,分别采用3D图像模拟(观察组51例)及面诊常规的语言交流方法(对照组50例)进行医患沟通和美学设计,注射前及随访时采用FACE-Q量表对患者问卷调查,并对注射后图像与3D模拟图像进行一致性评价,回顾分析两种方法的患者结果满意度、心理自信、社交功能以及图像模拟对注射操作的辅助作用等方面有何差异。结果101例患者随访7~16 d,观察组注射后在面部整体外观、下颏形态、心理自信及对做出决定等方面的满意度评分较对照组更高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);注射后图像与模拟图像的下颏高度、下面部比例等测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),注射后效果与3D模拟图像的一致性较好。结论采用3D图像模拟在透明质酸钠注射隆颏注射前进行美学评估设计和医患双方沟通可以提高患者对注射结果的满意度,改善心理自信及社交功能,同时可以辅助医师进行更准确个性化的治疗,值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the advantages of 3D image simulation over traditional methods in the preoperative aesthetic evaluation and design of sodium hyaluronate injection for chin augmentation,injection assistance and doctor-patient communication.Methods From April to September 2021,the doctor-patient communication and aesthetic design were conducted in 101 patients who received chin augmentation by sodium hyaluronate injection in outpatient.The 3D image simulation(51 cases in observation group)and conventional face-to-face communication(50 cases in control group)was used in consultation,respectively.The FACE-Q scale was used before and after injection to compare the differences in patient satisfaction,psychological well-being,social skills and injection assistance.The consistency of post-injection images and the 3D simulated images was evaluated.Results The 101 patients were followed up for 7 to 16 days.The observation group showed higher satisfaction in the balance of facial proportions,chin appearance,psychological well-being and decision-making than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the measurements of chin height and proportion of lower face between the post-injection images and the 3D simulated images was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Doctors and patients were satisfied with the consistency of the post-injection images and the 3D simulated images.Conclusion The application of 3D image simulation in the preoperative design and doctor-patient communication of chin augmentation with sodium hyaluronate injection can improve patient satisfaction for treatment outcome,psychological well-being and consultation experience,as well as assist doctors to perform accurate and personalized treatment.It should be considerable for clinical promotion.
