摘　　要：ICU连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)患者发生ICU获得性衰弱(ICU-AW)的风险较高,早期活动是预防ICU-AW的重要措施。本文就ICU CRRT患者在治疗期间开展早期活动的概念与意义、影响因素、安全性及实施方法进行综述,以期为构建ICU CRRT患者早期活动方案提供参考依据。ICU patients with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)are at high risk of intensive care unit acquired weakness(ICU-AW)and early activity is an important measure to prevent ICU-AW.This article reviews the concept and significance,influencing factors,safety and implementation methods of early activities for ICU patients during CRRT treatment,in order to provide a reference for constructing early activity programs for ICU CRRT patients.
