摘　　要：细菌感染引起的脓毒症仍是儿童重症监护病房死亡的主要原因之一,而抗菌药物早期合理使用在降低脓毒症死亡方面起到关键作用。目前国内儿童重症监护病房在一定程度上存在抗菌药物不规范及过度使用问题,因此加强抗菌药物使用的管理,在有效控制感染的同时,避免不恰当的、过度的使用,对减少药物不良反应和细菌耐药的发生具有重要意义。Sepsis caused by bacterial infection is still one of the major causes of death in pediatric intensive care units,and the early and rational use of antibiotics plays a key role in reducing the mortality of sepsis.At present,there are some problems regarding appropriate and excessive use of antibiotics in pediatric intensive care units in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the management of the use of antibiotics and avoid inappropriate and excessive use while effectively controlling infection,so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and bacterial drug resistance.
